This Cancellation & Refund Policy forms an integral part of the Wash Lounge Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. By availing any service offered by Wash Lounge, users agree to be bound by this policy.

1. Cancellation Period

Customers may cancel their laundry service order up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 24 hours shall attract a cancellation fee.

2. Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee of 20% of the total order value shall be applicable for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time.

3. Cancellation Process

4. Refund Policy

Refunds shall be considered only in cases where services are not rendered or are materially deficient due to an error attributable to Wash Lounge.

Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of service delivery along with relevant supporting evidence.

All refund requests shall be reviewed within 5 business days.

Approved refunds shall be processed to the original mode of payment.

Non-refundable items include promotional discounts and damages arising after delivery.

5. Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to pickup. Requests within 24 hours may attract cancellation charges.

6. No-Show Policy

If the customer is unavailable at the scheduled pickup time, the order shall be treated as a no-show and 100% of the service charge shall apply.

7. Guaranteed Fabric Protection Program

Wash Lounge provides a complimentary Guaranteed Fabric Protection Program for eligible app-based orders.

Customers may receive up to 10 times the processing value of the affected item in case of verified damage or loss.

Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

8. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.

Wash Lounge reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. The latest version shall prevail.
